Questions
What counts as a member?
Each person with their own sign-in to your company’s Cady workspace. Pending invitations count toward billing.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your Free products keep working. If a paid subscription ends, Pro products such as Datarooms keep working for 14 days and then become read-only. The launch offer has no extra period: when it ends on 31 December 2026, Datarooms become read-only unless you have chosen Pro in Billing.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
You choose monthly or yearly when you buy Pro in Billing. To change later, cancel at the end of your billing period and subscribe again, or contact us. Annual billing saves 20% in GBP and about 20.7% in USD compared with twelve monthly payments.
Do you charge for AI usage?
No. You bring your own agent, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Codex, on your existing subscription. Cady does not resell or meter model usage.
How much does Pro cost at launch?
Create an account and your company. Pro is free until 31 December 2026 for companies created by 30 November 2026; after that, open Billing and choose Pro. Only an Admin can change billing.
